The Villa is situated in a quiet suburb of Ciudad Quesada (which is between Alicante and Murcia). Ciudad Quesada has its own business centres with numerous restaurants, banks, supermarkets, a small facility of stores, sports facilities, a gas station and even a water park.

The 2 Bedroom Villa can sleep up to 6 (with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge), has a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including microwave and washing machine.

There is a television (with Satellite channels) together with Video & DVD player in the Lounge/Dining area and a barbecue and seating area is available on the sun terrace.

The Communal Swimming Pool is close by (and very quiet for most of the season) and a welcome pack will be provided for all guests on their arrival.
